How to Track Your Order

1. Locate your Order Number from your confirmation message or email.

2. Click on the “Track Order” button below or visit our tracking page.

3. Enter your order number and click “Track Now” to see your delivery status.
   
   

   Order Status Meanings

   • Processing: We’ve received your order and it’s being prepared for dispatch.

   • Shipped: Your package has left our warehouse and is on the way to your city.

   • Out for Delivery: The courier is delivering your parcel today.

   • Delivered: Your order has safely arrived!

   • Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

   • You’ll also receive SMS or email updates with tracking details once your order ships.

   • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please keep the exact amount ready when receiving your parcel.
